1. Who we are
Toure Marketing ("we", "us", "our") operates this site and the Landscaping Partnership Program. Questions about this policy or your information go to abou@touremarketing.com.
2. What we collect
We collect information in two places: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram for our program, and when you book a call through the scheduling widget on this site. In both cases, the same basic fields are collected:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- For bookings only: the date and time you select for the call, and any context you choose to add in the booking form
We don't request sensitive personal information.
The booking widget is hosted by a third-party scheduling provider. When you submit a booking, your information passes through that provider's systems in addition to ours. Their own privacy policy applies to that submission alongside this one.
3. How we use it
We use this information to contact you about the Landscaping Partnership Program — answering questions, telling you whether your area is available, holding the time slot you booked, and walking you through what working together looks like. We may reach you by email, phone, or text. If you'd prefer one specific channel — or none at all — let us know and we'll honor that.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't rent or share your information with unrelated third parties.
- We don't add you to email lists or newsletters you didn't ask for.
5. Your rights
You can email abou@touremarketing.com at any time to:
- Request a copy of what we have on file for you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of further contact
We'll respond in a reasonable timeframe — typically within 30 days.
6. Service providers
We use standard business tools (email, CRM, scheduling software) to organize follow-up with prospective partners. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
7. Security
We protect information with industry-standard practices — encrypted transport, access controls on the tools we use, and only collecting what we actually need. No method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
8. Children
This program is for landscape-business operators, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
