1. About these terms
By submitting a lead form, signing up, or otherwise engaging with the program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up.
2. The program
The Landscaping Partnership Program is a paid marketing arrangement between Toure Marketing and a landscaping contractor in a defined area. We generate qualified job opportunities; you handle the actual landscaping work. We are not a landscaping subcontractor and don't perform any landscaping ourselves.
3. Territory
For the duration of an active partnership, we work with one contractor per defined territory. If the partnership ends — for any reason — that exclusivity ends with it.
4. Results
The specific monthly lead-volume commitment and the remedy if we miss it are set out in your individual partnership agreement. We don't guarantee any specific level of revenue, profit, or business outcome — what we guarantee is the lead-volume mechanic written into your agreement.
5. Payment
Pricing, billing schedule, and payment methods are set out in your individual partnership agreement. If payment is late, we may pause new opportunities until the account is current.
6. Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership in writing with the notice period stated in your agreement. On termination, territory exclusivity ends.
7. Use of this site
This site is informational. Submitting a lead form doesn't, by itself, create a binding contract; a partnership begins only when both sides sign a written agreement. You agree not to use this site to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with how it operates.
8. Intellectual property
The branding, copy, video, and design on this site belong to Toure Marketing. You're welcome to share the URL; please don't republish the content as your own.
9. No additional warranties
Beyond what's written into your individual partnership agreement, the program and this site are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the partnership or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Disputes
We'll always try to resolve any issue directly first — email abou@touremarketing.com before anything formal. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, it will be handled under the laws applicable to Toure Marketing's principal place of business.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one; the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.
